Extremely knowledgeable of all local trends in the market. Lacy was very diligent in searching for the right property for our needs. She was very responsive and communicated with well with us throughout the process. Negotiations were handled very professionally and closing was very easy. My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and found Lacy Richter through Zillow. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, great at listening and steered us to the properties that would meet our needs and wants. When we finally found the vacation home we wanted, she was great at helping us determine fair market value, negotiating, and guiding us to finalize the sale. Lacy was easy to work with and consistently went above and beyond as a realtor. In addition, she also provided much information about local businesses to help us get settled into our new home. Cannot give enough praise to Lacy and PureWest Realty. We were buying a property long distance and under a time constraint. Lacy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property in the perfect location. Her knowledge of the area was unbelievable. Besides her attention to every detail during our very short trip to Lakeside, she provided us with local information and history. Lacy was amazing! She listened to what we wanted. She scheduled a showing as soon as we found a house we wanted to see, and was very knowledgeable in all aspects of homes and home buying. Lacy was extremely helpful with our home purchase in Montana. We are new to the area and she was so patient and kind as she walked us through all we needed to know. She helped us navigate everything from neighborhoods, utilities, HOAs, boating, restaurants and more. Our purchase had a few unique issues come up and Lacy went above and beyond to help us solve them all. She will communicate with you and help you as much as you need, all with a smile.
