Lacy Richter helped my husband and I buy our first home, we had little knowledge on the process and about intricacies of what we needed to do. Lacy walked us through every step with endless amount of patience for our countless questions. If she couldn’t answer our question (which was on a rare occasion) she would find the answer for us. She handled matters quickly and was always, always on top of EVERYTHING. We closed in 30 days and Lacy made it happen. She made the whole experience exponentially less stressful for us and I can confidently say looking back on the process that it was a positive and fun experience. The process in looking for our house was also a positive experience and she offered helpful insight being a Montana native. She has a wide rage of knowledge from how the houses are built to water mitigation to hazardous materials. Lacy was also able to provide affordable and reliable resources for housing materials and construction projects for any renovations we were interested in. There is no question who we would go to if we had to buy a house again, amazing experience.

Lacy helped us navigate a new and unfamiliar market and was incredibly helpful in helping us understand the process and the nuances of the Montana real estate market in Somers. Lacy was always in touch with us, very responsive to our questions, and was always available and willing to take call to help move our deal along. She also was invaluable after our purchase by helping get us connected to various local resources we would need as we transitioned to being Montana residents. Lacy is a professional beyond measure. She took charge of getting all things set up that are necessary for getting our home on the market. She notified us of all those viewing the property on the internet and local market. When we got an offer she was able to negotiate the numbers between both the buyers and us to finalize the sale. We needed to do some changes to the property and she had the right people already lined up and ready to go for us making it easy to follow through. When we had concerns she had the answers to put our minds at ease. Making it easy for us to close on time which we greatly appreciated We highly recommend Lacy and would use her again.

Lacy is exactly what you want in a real estate agent and more! My husband and I weren’t technically “first-time” home buyers when we started looking in the Kalispell area, but buying your second home still feels like a first-time experience. We felt overwhelmed by the competitive real estate market in the Flathead Valley, and we both had a LOT of questions about the process. I’m sure most people would have been overwhelmed by us, but Lacy made us feel completely supported, heard, and understood. She’s extremely knowledgeable about so many aspects of the real estate business and this valley that anytime we had a question, she had an answer. Each time we shared more of what we were looking for in a home or what we did or didn’t like about a listing she sent us, it was clear she heard and understood our needs and desires, because every listing got closer to what we were looking for. Everything she showed us was relevant. When we found our perfect home, she helped us work out a deal that we felt really comfortable with and her advice made us feel peaceful every step of the way. It almost seemed that she intuitively anticipated our needs. On top of that, she is friendly and personable in a way that doesn’t feel like a front... she made us feel valued, and we enjoyed every interaction with her. Extremely knowledgeable of all local trends in the market. Lacy was very diligent in searching for the right property for our needs. She was very responsive and communicated with well with us throughout the process. Negotiations were handled very professionally and closing was very easy. My husband and I were looking for a vacation home and found Lacy Richter through Zillow. She was very knowledgeable about the areas we were interested in, great at listening and steered us to the properties that would meet our needs and wants. When we finally found the vacation home we wanted, she was great at helping us determine fair market value, negotiating, and guiding us to finalize the sale. Lacy was easy to work with and consistently went above and beyond as a realtor. In addition, she also provided much information about local businesses to help us get settled into our new home. Cannot give enough praise to Lacy and PureWest Realty. We were buying a property long distance and under a time constraint. Lacy went above and beyond to help us find the perfect property in the perfect location. Her knowledge of the area was unbelievable. Besides her attention to every detail during our very short trip to Lakeside, she provided us with local information and history.
