Lacy was incredibly helpful in our search for property in MT. She listened to my wife and I and helped guide us in our short search. Lacy Richter was such a pleasure to have as a selling agent! Her knowledge of the market was critical in getting our home sold to the right buyer and in the best time frame. I truly believe I had the very best realtor in the state of Montana. As a first time home buyer and also trying to navigate things from overseas with a 16 hour time difference, Lacy never once made me feel that was inconvenient. She gracefully accommodated touring my parents to homes in person and me virtually. She made me feel so comfortable as I did my best to learn all the components of the home buying process. She was always one step ahead, anticipating my next question or need. She wore so many hats and had all the connections to help with a referral for every type of home improvement need.
